FRESH OFF THE KEYBOARDS - CITY CENTER - ORLANDO, FLORIDA

Here is a multi use multi family project with 480 dwelling units, restaurants, retail and structured parking in Orlando, Florida. The Architect of Record is Creative Project Consultants, and the Principal Architect Partner is Ray Scott. Archline's scope of work was to take the Architect's Schematic and Concept Design and to develop the Architectural Construction Documents, which included two building types and 251 sheets of drawings.  Archline's compensation was $218,000. No initial payment. All payments made after review and approval of each Stage, such as Design Development or Construction Documents. No Additional Services. Fixed amount compensation. Short 3 page non confrontational Agreement.

 The Architect's team included all of the major building construction dicsciplines. The team used Revit, BIM 360 Design, Bluebeam and Dropbox. Weekly online meetings were held with representatives from all disciplines in attendance, typically including about two dozen participants. During the week between these meetings various combinations of team members would meet online separately as needed to coordinate various aspects of the work which might not be of specific concern to the overall team. The Construction Documents were begun in April 2023 and put out for pricing and permitting in November 2023.
